Do you LOOOOVE your bread?
I'm not one of those people, but a lot of my clients really love their bread.
My program focuses on making healthy choices and staying away from processed foods and gluten. This is harder for some than others.
There are healthier choices when it comes to bread. 


Here are some of my favs:
For moderate to higher carb days...
Daves Killer Bread Thin Sliced White Done Right 1 slice 80 cals, Fat 1.5g, Net Carbs 14g, Protein 3g
Daves Killer Bread Thin Sliced Good Seed 1 slice 70 cals, Fat 1.5g, Net Carbs 10g, Protein 3g
For Low Carb days and for you keto peeps out there...
Thin Slim Foods Plain Zero Carb Bread 1 slice 45 cals, Fat 2g, Net Carbs 0g, Protein 7g
Now personally, the Dave's Killer Bread tastes much better to me than the zero carb bread, but if you need your bread on low carb days, this is a good option.
PSA-None of these will taste like your uber refined, uber processed bread!
I typically like to have 2 slices toasted with some guacamole, sliced turkey, and lettuce OR a slice toasted with some organic preserves on high carb day! A low carb day fav is the thin slim foods bread grilled with a slice of cheese, aoli mayo, and turkey.
