The exercise library is separated by muscle groups.  Each Link will take you to a You Tube video demonstrating the exercise.  Keep in mind that there are modifications for some exercises with a easier and more difficult version.  Be sure to watch the entire video.  If an exercise bothers you, do not continue and let me know if you need a modification or different exercise.

The HIIT Guide includes tips for your High Intensity Interval Training as well as workouts already made for you.

Keep in mind, for your HIIT workouts you can do ANYTHING that gets your heart rate up in the anaerobic zone for that time period.  You can even make your own HIIT workouts from the HIIT exercise library in place of the ones in the HIIT guide workouts.
