Quality information on the internet can be difficult to find but there are some great Instagram accounts that give quality information, workouts and nutrition advice. Finding these Instagram accounts can be tricky which is why I am sharing 6 of my favorite health and fitness blogs and Instagram accounts for you to follow.

My Fitness Pal is not only my favorite food tracking App, their website and blog is a wealth of helpful information with workout tips, recipes, and more!

Michele is a paleo recipe creator @peleorunningmomma Her creative and innovative recipes are healthy and delicious. She recently released a cookbook “Paleo Baking at Home” which is a family favorite. Every recipe we have tried so far has been amazing!

This health food account @fedandfit is run by Cassy Joy Garcia @cassyjoygarcia that provides healthy and easy recipes that are made from wholesome delicious foods. She wrote one of my favorite cookbooks that I recommend to my clients who are just starting out with meal prep. It is called “Cook Once, Eat All Week" and is full of foods that you cook once, and eat differently all week!

Erin Clarke founder of @wellplated is one of my go to’s for delicious healthy recipes. All her recipes include the nutritional information and some of my favorites are from her blog and website. She is releasing a new book in August 2020 (which I have already pre-ordered) and I cannot wait to get it.
