8 Exercises for a Upper Body Home Workout

I love to be able to share the workouts that I do. I get a lot of questions about what I do to build muscle in my arm and get that "toned" look.

Here are 8 exercises to do for a full upper body workout that you can do completely at home or at the gym with just a couple sets of dumbbells with a video included!

Do 2-3 sets of each exercise.

1. Forward Raise/ Lateral Raise x15

2. Cross Body Hammer Curls x15

3. Kneeling Tricep Extension x15

4. One Arm Plank x15

5. Push-ups x15

6. Palms Out Lateral Raise x15

7. Tricep Push-Ups x15

8. Pyramid x15
