If you have been avoiding nuts because of the calories, I’m here to tell you that you can enjoy recipes with nuts even in a calorie deficit. Nuts are full of healthy fats and they add delicious flavors to so many dishes. While you don’t want to go too crazy if you are counting macros or calories, that doesn’t mean that your need to completely remove them from your diet. Because I am a big fan of all tree nuts, I found some recipes that you need to try. I included some of the nutritional value of each of the recipes, so you can choose something that works for you.
