5 Recipes with Fresh Corn

5 Recipes with Fresh Corn

It is harvest season and that means that corn is going to be one of the yummiest vegetables you can get. I love to take advantage of the seasonal fruit and veggies to save a little bit of money. Corn is one of the easiest veggies to add to recipes. They add sweetness, flavor, and heartiness to almost every dish.

These 5 recipes with fresh corn include a wide variety of dishes including soups, salad, and dips. Grilled corn is one of my favorite ways to eat corn on the cob, but I understand it can be hard to find the time. So I also included a recipe on how to make sweet corn in the instant pot, which as a mom of two, is a lifesaver.
