Have you ever tried the paleo diet? The paleo diet typically includes lean meats, fish, vegetables, nuts and seeds. Basically, anything that hunters and gatherers could have obtained in the wilderness. This is not a low carb or keto diet, instead, it is encouraging and focusing on the consumption of whole foods.
