When you think about foods with protein, eggs are probably at the top of the list. Eggs are super versatile and you can use prepare them in so many different ways. Lately, I have been getting tired of my normal egg recipes and I wanted to change things up with some creative egg recipes. Changing up the recipes I use is one of the ways I keep myself on track. Of course, I have the staple recipes that I rely on during the week, but adding different recipes into my diet helps me to keep things interesting. I like to try at least one new recipe per week.
