Top 10 Low Carb Sides for Thanksgiving

10 Low Carb Thanksgiving Sides

The problem with most side dishes for Thanksgiving is that they are loaded with extra stuff (ingredients) that are not the healthiest of choices. This Thanksgiving, if you are tasked with bringing a side dish, choose one of these healthier low carb options so you can treat yourself with other things… like dessert!

Finding ways to add healthier alternatives into your meals, while also enjoying all the other food is what the Refine YOU program is all about. Clients learn how to have their cake and eat it too! The Refine YOU Program is completely customized to your lifestyle to help you achieve success.

I love a good Thanksgiving meal with the family! I do not dread the holidays and “falling off the wagon” or stress about eating at family gatherings over the holidays. How? I have learned how to “have my cake and eat it too!”

I typically keep it simple and stick to veggies and turkey for my Thanksgiving meal to allow for my favorite Thanksgiving treat… pumpkin pie! For more healthy recipes check out my recipes blog.
